If you?ve seen any of my other videos or see me in the office you know that one of the major themes for good health I like to touch on is exercise. Actually, keeping an active lifestyle with exercise as a part of it would be more accurate. An active lifestyle would be choosing to do things that get you off your chair or couch; doing things for fun like playing tennis or hiking. Or maybe parking a little further away from where you need to go shopping and walking a little more, taking the stairs instead of the elevator. There are all kinds of small things you can do throughout the day to increase your activity. Going to the gym is good but complementing that regular exercise with regular activity is even better. Did you notice that the operative word here is ?regular??
